What are pre-orders?

You can pre-order some products before their official release so that they're ready for you to try as soon as they come out. Products that are available to pre-order through NJKS Store are provided with the manufacturer's warranty as well as additional +6 months warranty and replacement policy by NJKS in the Middle East.

How do I place a pre-order?

To place your pre-order simply check the list of available pre-order items, send us the name of the product that you wish to buy, then you'll go through the payment process as you would with any other product on the store. You will not be charged for your pre-order at this stage and we will send you an email conforming all of the details of your pre-order.

When will I be charged?

You will usually be charged for the product 14 days before the expected release date although this can vary. If you do not have enough Funds on your credit credit, and don't have enough cash in your account on the expected Payment Date, we will send you an email informing you that you need to complete the payment process of your pre-order. 

When will I get my pre-order?

Your pre-ordered product will be shipped to you once we are given the green-light by the manufacturer or the the party in concern for shipping pre-order items before their release date. The GL will be usually given 14 to 7 days prior the product official release. 

How do I cancel a pre-order?

Cancelling pre-ordered items depends on whether you wish to cancel before or after payment has been taken from your Credit Card.

Before payment has been taken

You can cancel your pre-order via NJKS Confirmation E-Mail up to the time that payment is taken from your Credit Card. You will usually be charged 14 days before the expected release date although this can vary. We will send you a payment completion email on the day we take payment.

After payment has been taken

If payment has been taken from your Credit Card, you can still cancel your pre-order at any time before the release date. Even if the release date has passed, you can cancel your pre-order up to 14 days after payment if you have not received the actual product or any of its accessories. Please note that shipping may happen automatically if you have enabled Fast Access Delivery in your NJKS Payment Settings.

After you’ve cancelled the pre-order you will receive a refund of the purchase price to your Credit Card.
